Refund and Return Policy for Vespernovas

1. Returns

We accept returns on products that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be in the original, unopened packaging.
  • Products must not be damaged or used.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for returns.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened products (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products that have been personalized or customized.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as a return. We will issue a refund for the returned item and you can place a new order for the exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

6. Shipping Fees

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. In the case of a return due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
