At Vespernovas, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related information.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We are working on expanding our shipping options and hope to serve more locations in the future.
2. Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Orders are only processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight/size of the items in your order. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
The available shipping options will be presented at checkout, allowing you to choose the method that best fits your needs.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location, shipping method, and the shipping carrier. Please note that delivery times are only estimates and can vary due to factors such as weather, shipping carrier delays, or holidays. Vespernovas is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations. Please ensure you provide a valid and complete shipping address when placing your order.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Vespernovas is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. 7. Order Modifications and Address Changes
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address or make other changes to your order. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. 8. Shipping Charges on Returns
If you are returning a product due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to a defect or error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping fees.
